July in Coral Gables means one thing: Taste the Gables is here, and your calendar is about to get a lot more delicious. For an entire month, more than 70 local restaurants are rolling out prix fixe lunches and dinners, chef driven specials, and menus built to make you fall in love with a new favorite spot (or five).

Bouchon Bistro

Thomas Keller brought a little slice of Paris to the historic La Palma building, and honestly, it shows. Steak frites, escargot, an extensive raw bar, and a wine list that reads like a love letter to France. This is the "I want to feel fancy tonight" restaurant, and it delivers every time.

Frenchie's Diner
